We are tilers
Some people call us tile setters or tile installers. What we do is to lay and finish tiles on interior or exterior surfaces such as floors and walls. We work in residential, commercial, and industrial settings like kitchens, bathrooms, toilets, living rooms, corridors, terraces, etc.
How We Work
We work in a way that ensures we don’t have to come back for repairs or touch-ups. But if your previous tiler messed up, we can fix the job.
The Base / Substrate
First we look at the base. That is half the job.
If the walls are wavy, there is no tile that can fix them. We straighten, level, and apply screeds if necessary. Then comes waterproofing. Some tile installers skip it. In such case, someday your neighbor downstairs calls sullenly.
Slope
For the floor, we make the slope so that the water goes towards the siphon, not towards the door. We don’t want puddles. Sounds elementary? It’s not. Fellow tilers could be the troublemakers, but customers the ones who sorry.
Outside Corners/Edges
We shape the corners according to the client’s preferences and the specifics of the project. We also do miter cuts (45-degree cuts)—it’s slower, but the end result is worlds apart from plastic trim.

Base/Substrate Preparation
This is where it’s determined whether the tiles will hold.
If the substrate is weak, the adhesive won’t compensate it and the tiles won’t lay properly. We’ve seen many bad practices by low-skilled teams: tiles on crumbling plaster, drywall/ gypsum without primer, and floors with a 3-cm slope.
We prepare:

We don’t glue tiles over a subpar substrate just to finish faster.
Cutting and Fitting
This is exactly where you can tell whether the job was done by a professional tiler or by someone a lot of confidence who just bought an angle grinder and.

Tile Installation Pricing
There’s no set “per square” meter/foot price for every bathroom.
We cant provide same pricing for totally different requirements. E.g.:
- A standard bathroom with standard-size terracotta tiles.
- Large-format slabs/tiles with requirements with a lot of niches, linear drains and cutting around fixtures
The price depends on multiple factors:
- the condition of the substrate
- the size of the tiles
- how much cutting is required
- whether any base/substrate leveling is needed
- how many corners there are
- whether there are any hidden details
- what the access to the site is like
- After an on-site inspection, we’ll tell you straight up what’s feasible and what isn’t worth the effort.
